By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or reserving a Nook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Our Services
The Gathering Nook provides thoughtfully curated outdoor gathering spaces ("Nooks") for celebrations, relaxation, connection, and meaningful moments.
Reservations include setup and breakdown of the selected Nook and any enhancements purchased as part of the reservation.
3. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only after:
Availability has been verified.
Required agreements have been accepted.
The required payment or deposit has been received.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reservation.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
The price in effect at the time your reservation is confirmed will be honored.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be provided during the booking process.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Reservations may require a deposit or full payment depending on the package selected.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your reservation agreement.
Weather-related decisions will be handled according to our Weather Policy.
The Gathering Nook reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations when conditions may compromise safety or the quality of your experience.
7. Arrival Time
Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time.
Late arrivals may reduce your reserved experience time, as setup and breakdown schedules must be maintained.
8. Care of Our Property
Guests are responsible for treating all furnishings, décor, and equipment with reasonable care.
You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional damage, negligence, or misuse.
9. Park & Venue Rules
Guests are responsible for complying with all park, venue, and local regulations during their reservation.
The Gathering Nook is not responsible for citations, fines, or penalties resulting from violations of park or venue rules.
10. Food & Beverages
Any food or beverages provided through The Gathering Nook are sourced from licensed third-party businesses.
Guests are responsible for notifying us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
The Gathering Nook cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
11. Alcohol
Guests are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and park regulations regarding alcoholic beverages.
The Gathering Nook does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages unless permitted by law.
12. Photography
Guests are welcome to take personal photographs during their reservation.
With your permission, The Gathering Nook may photograph or share images of completed setups or events for marketing purposes.
If you prefer that your reservation not be photographed, please let us know before your event.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, photographs, branding, logos, graphics, text, and designs are the property of The Gathering Nook unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
