The Gathering Nook still accepts reservations on select holidays; however, Customer Support will be unavailable on the holidays listed below.

Our regular Customer Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding select holidays.

Customer Support Holiday Closures

Customer Support will be closed on:

• New Year’s Day — January 1

• Memorial Day — Last Monday in May

• Juneteenth — June 19

• Independence Day — July 4

• Labor Day — First Monday in September

• Thanksgiving Day — Fourth Thursday in November

• Christmas Eve — December 24

• Christmas Day — December 25

• New Year’s Eve — December 31

A Customer Support holiday closure does not necessarily mean Nook reservations are unavailable.

Each Nook reservation includes emergency and general support contact information, which will be provided to you at the time of booking. This ensures you will always have a way to reach someone if you need assistance during your reservation.
