Choose the Nook that fits your occasion and follow the reservation or inquiry process for that offering. We'll guide you through the details from there.
From Reservation to Memory
The steps below outline the general process. Exact details vary by Nook, location, and whether the offering is booked online or begins with an inquiry.
Choose Your Nook
Begin by exploring our available Nooks and choosing the one that fits your occasion. Offerings are designed for different moments, from quiet time alone and date nights to proposals, celebrations, weddings, and gatherings at indoor or private properties. Review each offering for its setting, capacity, inclusions, and booking process.
Select Your Date & Time
For offerings with online booking, select an available date and time and complete the required information and payment. Some offerings, including the Signature Nook, begin with an inquiry. For those, submit the inquiry first and wait for approval and instructions before completing payment.
Complete Your Reservation Details
Share the details needed to prepare for your gathering. Depending on the Nook you've selected, this may include your chosen park or private-property venue, guest count, occasion, accessibility needs, and other information relevant to your reservation or inquiry.
Add Something Special
Make your moment even more memorable with optional enhancements selected to complement your occasion. Choose from offerings such as balloon art, florals, food, sweets, non-alcoholic beverages, and other thoughtfully selected additions.
We Handle the Details
Once your reservation is confirmed, we begin preparing your Nook. We coordinate the details, gather the elements included with your reservation and selected enhancements, and prepare everything so your setup is ready for your reserved time.
Your Nook Is Waiting
We'll prepare your Nook before your reserved time begins. For park Nooks, we'll provide the available location details to help you find the setup. For private-property and indoor bookings, setup arrangements will follow the details confirmed for your location.
For park Nooks, when available, we'll send a map pin with walking and/or driving directions to help you locate your setup.
Arrival instructions and any on-site assistance will depend on the Nook you've reserved and the arrangements confirmed for your location.
Enjoy Your Moment
This is the part that matters most. Celebrate. Reconnect. Reflect. Laugh. Talk. Propose. Create memories. Take pictures. Or simply be present and enjoy your moment.
When Your Time Is Over
When your reserved time comes to an end, simply gather your personal belongings and leave the rest to us. The Gathering Nook handles teardown so you can enjoy your final moments without worrying about packing everything away.

Lighting or charging access is provided only when included with your selected Nook and confirmed for your location.
Arrival Assistance
When available, we'll help you locate your Nook with a map pin and walking or driving directions.
Teardown
When your reservation ends, we return to handle teardown.

Once your Nook is prepared, we'll provide the location information available to us to help you find it.
