Here's what you can expect from the moment you begin planning until your Nook is packed away.
Choose Your Nook
Begin by exploring the Nook created for your kind of moment. Whether you're planning a date night, proposal, celebration, quiet time alone, or an intimate wedding gathering, each Nook has been thoughtfully designed with its own purpose and feel.
Select Your Date & Time
Once you've found the Nook that feels right, choose your available date and reservation time. Your reservation is confirmed once the required information and payment have been successfully completed.
Complete Your Reservation Details
During the reservation process, you'll provide the information we need to prepare for your gathering—including your location, guest information, accessibility needs, and other details relevant to your reservation.
Add Something Special
Make your moment even more memorable with optional enhancements selected to complement your occasion. Choose from offerings such as balloon art, florals, food, sweets, non-alcoholic beverages, and other thoughtfully selected additions.
We Handle the Details
Once your reservation is confirmed, we begin preparing your Nook. We coordinate the details, gather the elements included with your reservation and selected enhancements, and prepare everything so your setup is ready for your reserved time.
Your Nook Is Waiting
Your Nook will be fully prepared before your reserved time begins. Once your setup is ready, we'll provide the information you need to locate it.
When available, we'll send you a map pin with walking and/or driving directions directly to your Nook.
A Gathering Nook representative will remain with your setup until you arrive and may assist with location instructions if needed.
Enjoy Your Moment
This is the part that matters most. Celebrate. Reconnect. Reflect. Laugh. Talk. Propose. Create memories. Take pictures. Or simply be present and enjoy your moment.
When Your Time Is Over
When your reserved time comes to an end, simply gather your personal belongings and leave the rest to us. The Gathering Nook handles teardown so you can enjoy your final moments without worrying about packing everything away.

During the reservation process, you'll select the park that best fits the moment you're creating. We'll take care of the setup, styling, and details from there.

Arrival Assistance

When your reservation ends, we return to handle teardown.

We know that some outdoor locations can be difficult to navigate, especially when your Nook isn't right next to a parking area.
Once your Nook is prepared, we'll provide the location information available to us to help you find it.
