The Giving Nook Foundation

The Giving Nook Foundation is a nonprofit organization built on the belief that it takes a village to help a community in need. The foundation supports people and communities in need through charitable programs and giving, including year-round meals for people experiencing homelessness and community outreach. It is supported by donations and by a portion of every Gathering Nook reservation, so that every celebration helps put support where it is needed most.

What We Do

• Feed the homeless

• Feed and supply food services to individuals and families in need

• Provide clothes, including coats, hats, and scarves, during times of inclement weather — mostly the homeless during the winter months, but not limited to just them

• Toys for children during Christmas

• Assist families that have experienced tragedy, like death, fire, and more — including toys for their children

The Giving Nook Foundation is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status, so gifts are not tax-deductible at this time.
